We use the most up-to-date data available from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for scrubbing your lists. We also run routine integrity checks to maximize match quality. (As always, nothing here is legal advice—confirm requirements with your compliance team.)
No. Your uploaded data is deleted from our servers after the scrubbed list is downloaded. We don’t retain your contact data.
We charge $0.0008 per phone number with a $20.00 minimum per job. Optional add-ons (e.g., cell-phone filtering or disconnected checks) may affect your final total; you’ll always see the price before you pay.
Yes—during upload, you can choose to split output into separate files for wireless and landline numbers for more targeted campaigns.
Go to the home page, enter your email, upload your file, and click Scrub My File. Most jobs complete in seconds.
CSV, XLS, and XLSX. We recommend a single column containing 10-digit phone numbers (no dashes/spaces) for best results. We’ll dedupe by number during processing.
As a best practice, scrub before each new campaign and at least monthly. DNC status can change over time; frequent scrubbing reduces risk. (Regulatory requirements can vary—confirm with your legal/compliance team.)
We scrub against the National (federal) registry. Some states maintain their own DNC lists, and you may also need to honor your internal (company-specific) DNC records. Please consult your compliance team for your specific obligations.
Wireless numbers can carry additional rules (e.g., consent for certain types of automated calls/texts). Our optional cell-phone filter helps you segment, but compliance still depends on your use case. Check with legal counsel for specific TCPA guidance.
Most files complete in seconds to a couple minutes. Very large lists may take longer, but you’ll see the status right on the site.
You can check a single number instantly on /test_lookup.php. We allow a few free tries; after that, we’ll ask for an email or phone so your allowance follows you across devices. Logged-in customers can continue testing subject to fair-use limits.
Yes. Our REST endpoint lets you check numbers in real-time from your applications. You’ll need an API key and a prepaid balance. See your Account for your key and balance, and contact us if you need higher throughput or custom terms.
For file scrubs, you’ll see a quoted total before you pay. For API usage, we deduct per-dip at your plan rate. You can recharge your balance by card or PayPal in My Account.
We use TLS for data in transit and delete uploaded files after your results are delivered. For API customers, we provide key-based authentication and audit trails on our side.
